Mazor is a moshav located in the central region of the occupied Palestinian territory, approximately three kilometers southeast of Petah Tikva, covering an area of 2,300 dunams. The moshav was established in 1949 by Zionist immigrants from Czechoslovakia and Hungary, along with Israeli settlers, on the lands of the depopulated Palestinian village of al-Muzayri'a, in the Ramla District. The settlement was initially named Mizra Har, a name derived from the nearby depopulated Arab village of Umm Zara, more commonly known as al-Muzayri'a. The moshav was later renamed Mazor, which means healing in Hebrew, in honor of an herbal medicine factory established there by herbalist Mordechai Klein. As of 2022, the number of settlers in Mazor was 1,330.
