Ahi'ezer is a religious Zionist moshav located in the central region of occupied Palestine, near the city of Lydda (Lod). During the Ottoman period, the area of Ahi'ezer belonged to the Nahiya of Lydda, which encompassed the territory from the present-day city of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut in the south to El'ad in the north, extending from the eastern foothills across the Lydda Valley to the outskirts of Jaffa in the west.
The moshav was established on the agricultural lands of the depopulated Palestinian village of al-Safiriyya on 27 June 1950 by immigrants from al-Bayda in Yemen. As of 2022, the number of settlers in Ahi'ezer was 1,991.
