Nesher is a settlement located in the Haifa Subdistrict, southeast of the city of Haifa. It was established in 1925 as housing for workers of the Haifa Cement Factory, on land that belonged to the depopulated Palestinian village of (Haifa Subdistrict). The settlement covers an area of 12 square kilometers. As of 2015, the number of settlers in Nesher was approximately 23,500.
