Segula is an agricultural settlement (moshav) located in the south-central part of occupied Palestine, north of Kiryat Gat. It was established in 1953 by Jewish Zionists on land that had belonged to the depopulated Palestinian village of Summil, which was emptied of its inhabitants during the 1948 Nakba War. It is also located near the former Palestinian village of Barqusya, southwest of its location.
