Ahi'ezer Settlement

Ahi'ezer is a religious Zionist moshav located in central occupied Palestine, near the city
of Lydda (Lod). During the Ottoman period, the Ahi'ezer area belonged to the Lydda subdistrict, which included lands extending from present-day Modi'in–Maccabim–Re'ut in the south to El'ad in the north, and from the eastern foothills across the Lydda plain to the outskirts of Jaffa in the west.
The moshav was established on agricultural land belonging to the depopulated Palestinian village of al-Safiriyya, on 27 June 1950, by immigrants from the village of al-Bayda in Yemen. Ahi'ezer's population in 2022 was about 1,991 settlers.
