Ganei Tikva is a settlement located in "Israel," bordered to the west by Kiryat Ono, to the north by Petah Tikva, to the east by Gat Rimon, and to the south by Savyon.

Ganei Tikva was established in 1949 on the lands of the Palestinian village of al-Abbasiyya, whose residents were displaced during the 1948 war. The "Shikun Yovel" neighborhood, built in 1949, was its first neighborhood. Ganei Tikva was granted local council status in 1953. The religious neighborhood of "Yesamah Moshe" was established in 1962 (and is closed to traffic on Saturdays). In 1972, the "Givat Savyon" neighborhood was established, considered one of the upscale residential areas. In an attempt to replicate the success of Givat Savyon, the "New Givat Savyon" neighborhood was established on the eastern side, adjacent to Gat Rimon.

Ganei Tikva is known for its high standard of living and advanced education system, and is located near Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan area, home to a diverse Jewish community. Its urban fabric includes small detached houses and multi-story buildings, with abundant trees and low traffic density. Its population in 2022 was about 23,646 people.
