Glil Yam is a kibbutz located in the central region of occupied Palestine, between Ramat HaSharon and Herzliya. The kibbutz was founded in 1943 by a group that had originally formed in 1933.

The settlement was established on lands belonging to the Arab village of Ijlil al-Shamaliya (Northern Ijlil), which were acquired by the Jewish National Fund. The kibbutz's population in 2022 was about 562 settlers.
